Pilates classes, mat, chair, golf, pre & post natal


Specialised Pilates classes can help you to:

• strengthen & regain control of your core muscles

• improve posture • strengthen pelvic floor muscles

• help prevent & ease back & shoulder problems

• increase flexibility & assists with injury prevention

• enhances endurance, co-ordination & performance

Classes will be held on

Monday & Thursday evenings

Mat & Chair Classes –

Friday morning 9.30-11.30am

The chair programme has been developed for people who

for one reason or another struggle to get on and off the floor

(reduced rates apply for this class). Age range 17-85!
